Cross-cultural leadership suggests that a leader have enough knowledge of the leadership skills that are needed for understanding the existing cultural differences of different countries. I am working in a retail industry, therefore, my leaders always prefer to maintain a cross-cultural leadership as my company works in different countries. The cross-cultural leaders of my organization also focus on knowing the cultures of the people from other cultures so that the company can operate its business in a proper manner.
